The Hidden Pathways to Positive Energy and Manifestation

The Hidden Pathways to Positive Energy and Manifestation

As a mom, some days feel like a parade of tiny triumphs. While others? You know those days when it seems like you're single-handedly carrying this thing called life on your shoulders? Yep, those can be a tad more challenging.

Now, just imagine if there was a way to attract more of those little wins into your life. A way to shift the balance from endless struggle to smooth-sailing serenity. Enter the world of positive energy and manifestation, my friends. This is not your garden variety, wave-a-wand and your dreams come true kind of magic. Instead, it's about channeling your sheer momma power, that incredible strength you conjure when your little ones need you, to create a positive space where good things can flourish.

In this blog, we're gonna break down some of the hidden pathways to cultivating positive energy and manifesting those sweet, sweet tiny victories. We'll dive deep into emotions, energy, visualization, taking action, surrounding ourselves with positivity, and yes, even some occasional energy cleansing (because who couldn't use a good cleanse now and then?!). And while there's no scientific proof to back up these methods as of yet, this doesn't mean they can't be effective. While we're nurturing those kiddos, there's no harm in nourishing our spirits too, right?

So throw on those yoga pants, queue up your favorite chill-out playlist, and let's tap into those positive vibes.

Embodying Good Emotions

So much of our lives revolve around emotions. From the joy of your baby's first laugh to the frustration of a seemingly endless tantrum, we're constantly navigating a sea of emotions. When it comes to wielding this emotional power for manifestation, gratitude is your secret weapon. ( 1 )

First off, you might ask, what does it mean to embody an emotion? Basically, it's allowing yourself to genuinely feel that emotion throughout your entire being. If you're like me, you may initially find this challenging (especially when you have a toddler proving the gravitational theory via their food). Here's a tip: start your day by identifying three things you're grateful for. They don't have to be big, life-changing events. Be grateful for those warm, snuggle-filled moments or the refreshing breeze as your kids play in the yard. Practicing gratitude this way can encourage a positive mindset switch.

Gradually, you'll begin to see a shift in your entire aura . It's like coming out of a yoga class feeling light, full of life and positivity. And who knows, this could attract more positivity into your day-to-day life.

Positive Thinking and Energy

Speaking of positivity, let's chat about grade-A, unadulterated, pure positive energy. According to the science behind manifestation, positivity—at its core—is all about emotions, thoughts, and energy. The idea is, by maintaining a positive perspective, we can align ourselves with our dreams and goals, bringing them closer to reality. ( 2 )

Much easier said than done, right? Shaking off negative thoughts can be tough, especially on what I call 'curl-up-and-hide-under-my-blanket-all-day' kind of days. Trust me, mama, you're not alone! But hey, like they say, positivity breeds positivity, so let's start small.

Start by recognizing those negative thoughts and consciously replacing them with positive ones — a sort of mental spring cleaning, if you will. Tackle one negative thought a day, and gradually, you'll realize positivity becoming second nature. Plus, actions spring from thoughts. So, the more positive your thoughts, the more positive your actions, and voilà! We're seeing an upward spiral!

Visualization and Affirmations

Remember when we used to believe we could do anything as kids? The sky was our limit! We visualized ourselves as astronauts, doctors, artists, and yes, some of us even as mommies with five kids and a pet turtle (like yours truly). We also believed in the words we whispered under our breath, our affirmations of sorts.

Visualization and affirmations are crucial in manifestation ( 3 ). It's about forming a mental image of what you desire and whispering the right words to encourage those dreams. Try repeating phrases such as "I am capable, I am healthy, I am strong" to keep these positive beliefs at the forefront. Think of it as a little pep talk to your subconscious mind.

If you're feeling a little skeptical, that's okay. This isn't about making you believe in unicorns and rainbows (even though they are pretty fantastic). It's about connecting with your deepest desires and creating a mental blueprint. And who knows, maybe your subconscious will hop on board and work some of its wonders.

Taking Action

Manifestation is not all contemplation and dreaming. It's also about rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty. Similar to how we can't expect a healthy dinner to magically cook itself (if only!), we can't expect our good intentions and positive thoughts to manifest without some effort.

Combine your positive energy with consistent action ( 4 ), no matter how small. If you're manifesting a peaceful, stress-free bedtime routine for your kids, start with consistent practices like a quiet reading time or a soothing bath. Consistency, like a loyal dog, always follows action.

Surrounding Yourself with Positivity

Ever notice how your kids seem amped up when playdates are happening, or you feel calmer walking in nature? Our surroundings significantly impact our energy. So to attract positive energy, we must surround ourselves with positivity ( 5 ).

Take a look around. What or who brings peace, joy, and positivity to your world? Keep it close. It could be a supportive friend, your favorite cup of caffeine-free chai, or the tranquil silence during your yoga practice. Even better, capitalize on Mother Nature. Whether it's working outside while the kids play or taking brief strolls in the park, nature is a definite mood enhancer.

Energy Cleansing

Here's where we shimmy our way into spiritual territory. Energy cleansing is like a deep cleaning service, but for your aura. The idea is that engaging in rituals such as smudging with sage or using crystals can remove negative energy, creating a more positive and harmonious environment ( 6 ).

While you might raise an eyebrow at this, remember it's about embracing things that bring you peace and positivity. Who knows? You might find the scent of burning sage soothing, or holding a smooth crystal might remind you of your strong, resilient nature.

At the end of the day, every mama deserves some manifestation in her life. Remember that no dream is too big or too small, and no effort is wasted. Even if we don't achieve exactly what we visualize, the very process is enriching. Just like motherhood, manifestation is a journey, not a destination.

Now, I'd love to hear about your experiences with positive energy and manifestation! Do you have other techniques or rituals you tap into? Remember, we're all in this together, carving out our supernatural paths in the world of motherhood.

Not Sure Where to Go Next?

If you're a slightly weird, socially-awkward, mentally-exhausted woman with ADHD, then you've found your place. You can pull up a chair and set-up camp right next to ours.

We plan to publish articles on many topics relating to our experiences with mother- and womanhood, ADHD, parenting, herbal remedies, meditation, yoga, and staying in tune with your purpose. It may be slowly, but hopefully weekly, between mom-life and full-time jobs; so thank you in advance for your patience.

So often we move in isolation, much like bears do. But bears come together, and as a parenting village, occasionally we do too. We hope you like it here and decide to stay for a bit.
